Terms

The gist: Beautiful Mind sends you a weekly reflective question by email. It’s free, you can leave anytime, and it’s provided as-is. The details are below.
The service
Beautiful Mind is a well-being platform from Beautiful Mind Well-Being Inc. (incorporated in Alberta, Canada) — a weekly reflective email (The Sunday Question), Pathways (guided courses), podcast episodes, and written articles. The weekly email is what’s available today, so these terms cover it, and we’ll expand them as the other offerings launch.
The weekly email is free. We send it about once a week, and it may also include information, offers, and discounts about our own products and services (such as Beautiful Mind Pathways). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Well-being, not professional advice
Beautiful Mind is for general well-being, reflection, and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and it’s not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Please don’t rely on it for decisions about your health.
If you’re struggling or in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
Eligibility
You need to be at least 16 years old — or the age of majority where you live — to subscribe.
Subscribing
When you enter your email, we send a one-time code to confirm it’s yours. Confirming subscribes you. We only email you the newsletter and the messages needed to manage your subscription.
Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, anytime — no hard feelings.
Acceptable use
Please don’t abuse the service — for example, signing up addresses you don’t control, or trying to disrupt or interfere with how it runs.
Content & intellectual property
The newsletter content, the Beautiful Mind name, and the logo belong to Beautiful Mind Well-Being Inc. or our licensors. It’s for your personal, non-commercial use; please don’t republish it without permission. Enjoying an issue and forwarding it to a friend is always welcome.
No warranty
The newsletter is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautiful Mind isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the newsletter.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Beautiful Mind Well-Being Inc. harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the newsletter or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end your access to the newsletter if you misuse it or breach these terms, or if we decide to stop offering it. You can end your subscription at any time by unsubscribing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for meaningful changes, note it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
The fine print
- Severability — if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Entire agreement — these terms and our Privacy page are the whole agreement between us about the newsletter.
- No waiver — if we don’t enforce a part of these terms right away, we haven’t given up the right to do so later.
- Assignment — we may transfer these terms (for example, if the company is sold); you may not transfer yours without our consent.
